I never liked black coffee. Not even during those times when I had to keep myself awake to pore through law books and digest cases until the wee hours. I always had my coffee with milk. Until my husband lured me into drinking the healthier black coffee with fancy manual coffee brewers!
He brought home this Hario Tabletop Coffee Siphon manual brewer.
I was taken!
I loved how we spent our weekend mornings doing this very theatrical preparation and waiting until all the coffee falls down to the lower chamber while we watch our boys play.
