Fitness Challenge for myself begins now. You see,

Fitness Challenge for myself begins now.

You see, for my petite frame at 5"1, I am heavy. As of today, Jan 2, 2025 I weigh 59.2kg. When I was not yet going to the gym, I even reached 63kg. Grabeh no? I felt heavy and constantly bloated.

While I now feel lighter and I see a slight improvement in my physique, I don't think I am doing enough. By enough, I mean, I am not conscious with what I eat. At my age, I don't have the luxury to indulge in sweets anymore. But I have a sweet tooth. So, no matter how much I spend time in the gym, my progress is very slow.

My challenge for myself now:

* eat healthy (minimize sweets)
* by June 2 (5 months after), I'm down to 55kg.

Live in Karen Davila's early morning show "Headstart". I was asked to recount the events from the night before's presscon to the airplane until Mary Jane was whisked away with tightened security from the airport.

My access to her was only until the special lane in Immigration. Gameplan was I will try to ride with her in the convoy bringing her to CIW but it was impossible. By this time, other ABS-CBN reporters who were deployed in key areas took over.

So, I was asked to go live in Headstart.

Part of my assignment for the media coverage of Mary Jane Veloso's return to the Philippines was to constantly update the movement on the ground.

The press conference for the turnover of Mary Jane from Indonesian authorities to Philippine authorites was livestreamed from my Facebook account and picked up by ABS-CBN the whole time.

I sent footages of happenings on the ground and did some #selfiepatrol for abscbn.

It was tiring monitoring events but hey, I was on adrenaline rush and liked every minute of it.
